Psychotherapy
Individual Therapy in Paris

Welcome

If you’re here, something in your life may be feeling painful, overwhelming, confusing, or simply hard to carry right now.

I offer individual therapy in a safe, respectful, and engaged space where you can explore what you’re going through and reconnect with greater clarity, support, and inner freedom.

I work with people facing:

  • work-related stress, burnout, or a loss of meaning in their professional life

  • life transitions, existential questions, or periods of change and uncertainty

  • grief, separation, loss, and other difficult passages

  • illness — whether your own or that of someone close to you

  • questions around identity and gender

  • relational or emotional difficulties, or a sense of feeling stuck and unsure how to move forward

Each therapeutic journey is unique. Our work together is shaped through dialogue, attentive listening, and deep respect for your lived experience.

Gestalt Therapy

Gestalt therapy is a holistic approach that focuses on your present-moment experience — what is happening in your body, your emotions, your thoughts, and your relationships here and now.

It helps you gain a deeper understanding of your patterns, reconnect with your underlying needs, and develop a more grounded and authentic sense of agency in your daily life.

My work is grounded in attentive presence, compassionate listening, and honest dialogue, always respecting your pace and your individuality.

In our sessions, we explore together what moves you, what holds you back, and what feels alive or stuck.
Gestalt therapy offers space to welcome emotions, make sense of your lived experience, and support more satisfying ways of relating — both to yourself and to others.

There is nothing to “achieve” in therapy.
Above all, it is a process of meeting yourself, within a safe and respectful framework.

The Therapeutic Space

I offer 50-minute individual Gestalt therapy sessions at my office in Paris’ 14th arrondissement.

As a Gestalt practitioner based in the 14th arrondissement, I welcome you in a calm and confidential space that supports thoughtful listening and meaningful therapeutic work.

I also offer online sessions, so we can work together remotely when that feels more comfortable or better suited to your situation.

Each session is a space entirely dedicated to you — a place to bring whatever you’re going through, move at your own pace, and reconnect more clearly with yourself.

About Me

My Background

I am certified by the Parisian School of Gestalt Therapy.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked for many years in the corporate world, most recently as an agile coach. That experience gave me a deep understanding of the workplace — its demands, its pressures, and the complexity of human dynamics within it.

Over time, I felt a growing desire to bring more meaning to my work. Supporting others has long been important to me, and training in Gestalt therapy felt like a natural step — a way to integrate depth, relationship, and lived experience into my professional path.

My Approach

In our sessions, I bring an authentic, compassionate, and respectful presence. A non-judgmental stance is essential to me. My role is not to direct you, but to support you in exploring your own path.

I welcome you exactly as you are — with your complexity, your doubts, your strengths, and your uniqueness.

What Guides Me

I am sensitive to issues of systemic discrimination and the inequalities that shape our lives. I am committed to offering a space where everyone can feel welcomed in their uniqueness, free from judgment.

Respect, genuine curiosity about the other, and the quality of the therapeutic relationship are at the heart of my practice. I deeply believe that each person carries a singular story and an inherent richness that deserves to be acknowledged.

I draw strength and inspiration from connection with both people and animals, believing that relationship itself is a space for learning and transformation.

Outside of my work as a therapist practitioner, I mend and embroider clothing. This manual, creative, and symbolic practice inspires me: to repair, transform, and bring beauty — without erasing what has been.

I also engage in various hands-on creative activities, which nurture my sensitivity and my capacity to remain present, attentive, and engaged.

My Four-Legged Companions

Two very affectionate and sociable dogs share my daily life. They do not enter the therapy room and are not present during sessions, unless you specifically request their presence.

  • My first dog has a gentle, calm nature and is very discreet

  • My second dog is very expressive and playful, always seeking connection with both people and other dogs
